The service

SmoothDM provides an AI assistant that responds to messages sent to your connected Instagram professional account, qualifies leads against criteria you configure, and books calls on your calendar. You remain responsible for the messages sent from your account, including AI-generated messages you approve or allow to send automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only with audiences who have contacted you or opted in to hear from you. Prohibited: unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased or scraped contact lists, deceptive or unlawful content, and any use that violates Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards. We may suspend accounts that put the platform relationship at risk.

Fees & trial

Plans are billed monthly with a 14-day free trial and no setup fees. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Message allowances and overage rates are shown on the pricing page.

No guarantees

We work to book you qualified calls, but we do not guarantee bookings, show-ups, sales, or revenue. AI-generated messages may occasionally be imperfect; approval mode exists so you stay in control.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
